Bootnode is a special node in a blockchain network responsible for helping other nodes discover peers during their initial connection. This page explains how to migrate a node to Bootnode.

The bootnode will always retain a fixed enode when you perform actions such as rebuilding the node or changing the instance type.
Migrate to Bootnode
To migrate a node to bootnode, please follow these steps.
Go to Node Overivew and select Migrate To Bootnode
Click update button
Review the result
The node changed to bootnode and IP address changed to static.
