Credit Card

Item Name	Description
Card Number	Last 4 digits of the credit card on file
Expires	The expiration date of the credit card being registered
Edit button	Go to Edit Credit Card
Change Credit Card	Go to Credit Card Registration

Coupons

Item Name	Description
Granted Date	Date you added the coupon
Coupon Name	You can check the coupon type
Expire Date	Coupon Expiration Date
Coupon balance	You can check your coupon balance.
Start Month	Refine your search: Select the starting month
End Month	Refine your search: Select the ending month
